These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website eter.design (the "Site"), owned by Éter Design. Accessing the Site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including texts, images, logos, designs, case studies, portfolio pieces, source code, and any other elements — is the exclusive property of Éter Design or their respective rights holders, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and in good faith. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Scraping, automated indexing, or bulk extraction of content without authorization.
- Attempting to access the Site's systems, servers, or databases without permission.
- Impersonating Éter Design or any person associated with the company.
- Using the Site to distribute illegal, offensive, or third-party-infringing content.
4. Limitation of Liability
Éter Design does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access at any time without prior notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference only; Éter Design does not control and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or policies.

Éter Design reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
